Based on the data that was received, personas were created that reflected the clients users (mothers and health practitioners). This gives us an insight on what the goals and frustrations are for each profile.
While developing the personas, the user journey for profile was created and this is where we map out the desired journey while navigating the website.
The wireframes give a nice skeleton where we can visually see the sections and different components and create annotations that explains more in details what is actually happening, but also give a clear idea the role of each element.
